This creamy treat is good & good for you!
1/2 cup cottage cheese or plain Greek yogurt
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk (not canned)
1 tsp pure maple syrup
½ cup strawberries, sliced
Blend cottage cheese, milk and maple syrup until smooth and transfer mixture in a bowl.
Add strawberries and serve.
Makes 1 serving.
