Oh the excuses! We certainly hear our fair share, here are 10 common ones!
Guess what…if any of these sound familiar, remind yourself that they are just that, EXCUSES…talk to your SFL consultant!
We Love Excuses
I am too busy with work
I am too tired when I get home from work
My family is not on the SFL program so I find it too hard to follow all the time
I can’t follow the plan this summer, I am too busy
I am going on vacation – I can’t follow SFL
I can’t exercise – I am too busy
I was at a wedding
The weekends are hard because we socialize a lot at our family and friends houses; therefore we have no control over what we eat.
I cannot eat breakfast because I have a sensitive stomach. If I eat in the morning it will upset my stomach. I usually cannot eat anything until break time at 10:30 am.
I am always on the road and I cannot get any healthy choices.
I have to cook 2 meals because my hubby and kids won’t eat SFL.
