If you enjoy spicy, this Salsa will add a little kick to your dishes or as a dip!
1/4 cup chopped onion
8 plum tomatoes chopped
1/2 red onion diced
2 jalapeno peppers, diced, pulp & seeds removed.
2 cloves minced garlic
1/4 cup fresh cilantro
1/2 tsp cumin
1/4 cup lime juice
Salt & fresh ground pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, (not aluminum). Cover and let stand overnight in refrigerator.
